Taking Care of Business Blues is an interactive event designed to ignite your organization’s creative potential. “Telling it like it is” candor is at the core of blues music, and it’s also the foundation of our one-of-a-kind program. Combining coaching, music, and communication, Taking Care of Business Blues is an experience beyond your typical team-building exercise.

Working together, teams craft an original blues song that speaks to organizational challenges and opportunities. It’s a fun, lively way to harness your team’s creativity and to discover inventive solutions.

We coach you through it

Our skilled Boomerang musicians and facilitators support teams through each aspect of the program, from choosing a band name, to composing the song, to performing the original blues tunes. In the spirit of teamwork, all performances are backed by the soulful sounds of our live band, Boomerang (https://www.boomerangband.ca). You can expect plenty of hootin' and hollerin' from the other teams!

Creating and performing an original song with your Business Blues team, along with the adjacent coaching, can inspire new thinking and powerful ideas.
